Trade Visitor Registration

If you are a trade visitor or media friends, make registration, after review by the organizer, you can receive a confirmaiton email. 

Please bring your business card, and get your trade visitor pass at the Visitor Service Desk. 

The pass is for personal use only, and you may enter the Expo Center twice each day during CIMAMotor.

CIMAMotor will provide special service package for buyers, including 1 free Catalogue, recommendation of the potential suppliers and arrange the meeting with the exhibitors. 

If you are a buyer, do not hesitate to contact us. 

The registration platform will be closed at 12:00 on August 31, 2025. 

Visit

On the day of the visit, please bring the original ID card (passport or other documents), complete the security check and scan the admission

code according to the on-site instructions, and then enter the exhibition venue in an orderly manner. The organizer reserves the right to refuse 

entry to non-registered visitors or those with non-personal IDs.

Hotel Information

1. Both the Wyndham Chongqing Yuelai (five-star) and Yachenyueju Chongqing (four-star) are just a 3-minute walk from the Expo Center, making them the most conveniently located options. However, please note that the surrounding area is not a central business district, and dining options nearby are limited. 

2. The recommended hotel is HC International Hotel (No. 33 Baiguo Road, Konggang New City, Yubei District, Chongqing, 401120, China). Free shuttle service will be provided by CIMAMotor to transport between the HC International Hotel and the Expo Center. And also it takes 18 RMB by taxi. Booking: Available on Trip.com or via email at 359728325@qq.com. By email booking, you can get the special rate of 360 RMB including breakfast; booking via platform also offers access to more services. 

3. Alternatively, you can choose a hotel near Chongqing Central Park, such as the All Seasons Hotel (Chongqing Central Park Longhu Tianjie Branch). Located in a shopping center and right at the entrance to Line 10 of the subway, it offers convenient access—just one stop (5 minutes) to the Expo Center and six stops (around 20 minutes) to the airport. The hotel is 12 km from the airport. A taxi ride from here costs approximately 15 RMB to the Expo Center and 30 RMB to the airport. There are also many other hotels in the Central Park area to suit different preferences and budgets.
